Voters' Assembly

The Voters' Assembly is open to all communicant members of St. Mark who have attained the age of 18 years. To become a voting member of St. Mark, a person must attend two consecutive Voters' Assembly meetings, the first and a guest and the second to become an eligible boter. That person must then attend one meeting annually to maintain an active voting status.

The Voters' Assembly has four regularly scheduled meetings: Janualy, April, September, and November, at a date and time set by the Parish Planning Council.

The Voters approve the budget each November, and elect officers and board members at the April meeting. The pastors, board directors, and other appointed committees make regular reports to the Voters.

Voters' Assembly meetings are one of the important means through which timely topics can be discussed and information distributed. All communicant members are urged to attend and participate.
