Please use this form to request funding for a project or event from Undesignated Memorials accounts. The Stewardship MAT reviews this requests and will disperse funds as available.

You may complete the form electronically below (the preferred method), or you can download a copy of the form (xxKB PDF) to fill out and submit on paper.

Timeframe When are the funds needed? Benefits How does this project move the St. Mark mission forward? Who will it benefit? Amount Requested What is the amount of funding being requested? Please give a detailed breakout of the total amount requested.
